A gourmet trail of South India, the Karavalli Food Festival was a perfect mix of cuisines from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala and a true delight for seafood lovers. Delicacies with roast coconut and earthy spices featuring regional specialties like Andhra Chicken and prawn curry or Madras fish curry were basic to the menu. |
